The following is a sample 6-day cycle menu.  You may change any of the meals shown, rearrange the order, or make substitutions within a meal.

Whole Wheat English Muffin –25 gm or 0.9 oz with 1 Tbsp Jelly*

Fruit Cup – ½ cup

Fat-free Milk – 1 cup (8 fl oz)
