Serving Sizes and Yields for Vegetables
This chart features some commonly used vegetables.

Carrot Sticks | Specify U.S. #1 carrots with 1-1/8 in. medium diameter – about 7½ in. length, 6 per pound, various bag sizes available (1, 2, 5, 10, 25, and 50 pound bags.) | 1 stick is 4 in. long and ½ in. wide.
